Terms of Service 1. Donation Rewards 100% of the donations are towards supporting the server. When you donate to Mortalis, it is understood that you're actually "donating" for to support our server. You are not buying ranks. We just reward you to show our appreciation towards your action. Donation rewards are exclusively benefits for your consideration into donating to Mortalis. You're not paying for any service, you're donating to keep our server up/support us. We're not selling virtual items, when you donate, you take the risk(s) invovled in donating as listed in the "Refund Policy". 2. Donation If you for any reason have your donation reward is lost, etc... you will not receive an exchange unless you have opaque proof of your donation. You may present an un-edited (we can contact PayPal to assure this) screenshot of your donation receipt. You may also email your Donation receipt to the Staff assisting you in your donation award(s). The Staff has the authority to replace your Donation reward if he feels the receipt you've presented is legit. On the other hand, if you try in any way, shape, or form to SCAM us with your fake "receipt" or "proof", bans or punishment may occur, for scamming. 3. Rank Policy Your designated rank may have power and price change. You do not need to pay again if the price goes lower / higher, but you still may. Your powers might change, good or bad. The staff can also replace your benefits so that it matches the criteria. If you purchase the rank again, you may get the updated abilities. If you decide to abuse something or break a rule, the Staff have the power to revoke your powers and/or ban you. 4. Refund Policy Mortalis will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned with a rank, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you "unexpectedly" did not receive your donation award, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund (if you did not get your award) on the forums, and we will review your case. But we 95% guarantee that you will receive your Donation award. But if you're not ready to take these minute risks, please refrain from our Terms of Service. It's not integral for you to donate, it's completely optional. 5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party. 6.
